Faster to the top: Boulderwelt orders thousands of customer cards from Levata
Bouldering, which is indoor climbing at jump height, is becoming increasingly popular as a recreational activity. The growing popularity of bouldering is evident by the number of visitors to Boulderwelt GmbH, the largest bouldering hall in Germany. The seven locations in Munich East, Munich West, Munich South, Regensburg, Frankfurt am Main, Karlsruhe and Dortmund account for the largest halls in the world. Boulderwelt GmbH is the largest German bouldering hall operator.
Business Challenge
With a growing membership, Boulderwelt needed a simplified, expedient, and secure process for verifying visitors at their bouldering hall locations. Equally important, Boulderwelt wanted to ensure a positive customer experience, with easy check in and check out that avoids long waiting periods.
The Solution
Boulderwelt chose Levata’s Germany-based operation to produce over 15,000 customer cards for its numerous guests.

After Boulderwelt in Munich East ordered a total of 10,000 cards from Levata’s European Meppen in Emsland location, the Boulderwelt facility in Dortmund followed suit for an initial 5,000 cards from Levata.
