Levata Supplies Royal Rangers 8,000+ ID Cards and Lanyards for Eurocamp Event in Hungary
The Royal Rangers are a Christian scout youth group that takes youth ages 4-17 on outdoor adventures where they learn, grow, get active, and interact with peers. Every year, the Royal Rangers put on a large camp event that bring children together so they can make new friends and experience amazing adventures.
Business Challenge
When the Royal Rangers were preparing for their Eurocamp event taking place in Hungary, they needed an efficient and smooth process to distribute thousands of ID cards on-demand that would securely identify campers and staff.
The Solution
The Royal Rangers chose Levata’s Germany operation to produce 8,000 pre-printed cards that expedited the printing of professionaly branded ID cards. To enhance ID verification and convenience to campers and staff, Levata also created and provided 8,000 custom printed lanyards for their major Eurocamp event. In addition, Levata provided two rental printers loaded with a premier ID card design and printing software, free of charge for the Eurocamp.
In addition to the card printers, ID cards and lanyards, Levata supplies the Royal Rangers Eurocamp with the corresponding ribbons and cleaning materials required to keep their ID card printing operation running smoothly. To ensure no maintenance or user issues slow card printing, and therefore camp registration and check-in, Levata also provides fast technical support to troubleshoot issues.
